I am pleased to
announce the opening of Graham Mediation Services. After a
much needed winter sabbatical, I will be available to
provide mediation services to you starting March 1, 2012. My
professional background will provide you with the knowledge,
insight and experience needed to successfully resolve your
claim.
I graduated from Yale University (Econ., Hon.) and Dalhousie Law
School. In 1983, I joined Harper Grey Easton (now Harper
Grey LLP) and established a successful legal practice
dealing exclusively in civil litigation and primarily in the
prosecution and defence of personal injury, general
insurance, commercial insurance and life insurance claims.
I moved to the
Campbell River vicinity in 1993 and formed Graham & Frame, a
law firm providing exclusive civil litigation services
primarily in the prosecution and defence of personal injury
and insurance claims. I have acted as legal counsel for
numerous insurance companies including ICBC, Canadian
Northern Shield, Intact Insurance Company, Family Insurance,
Gore Mutual Insurance Company and Economical Insurance
Group. My legal practice specialized in catastrophic
personal injury claims, excess insurance claims and
Underinsured Motorist Protection (UMP) claims for both
claimants and insurance companies.
After completing
extensive mediation training, I was admitted as a member of
Mediate BC (Civil Roster) in 2010. My current practice
specializes in the provision of mediation services to
clients throughout Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland.
